So im a beginner.

Then I do curls I do like 10 reps, pause 1min, 10 reps, pause 1min, and so on (biceps and triceps)

Then I pause for like 20-30 min beacuse I do something else, and then when I start lifting again I can only do 1-3 reps or so and then it just says stop

Its not heavy or anything my arm just refuse to lift the weight


My question is
Did I pause for too long? just lack of energy left?
