Hey /fit/ i fucked up my leg with a chainsaw (stihl 036) and got 36 stitches thats not coming out for another 10 days or so, but i want to keep on training! mostly because i am bored as hell since i cant go to work. so should i just rest it out play vidya and chill? or this?? i normally do 3x5 with higher weight, but i am afraid to pop my stiches if i strain myself to hard, so i just want to do more reps instead with lower weight with about 50 % of what i normally do.
