acceptable routine:
Monday: chest/triceps
4x8-12 DB flat bench.
4x8-12 incline DB bench
4x8-12 cable crossovers
4x8-12 weighted dips
4x8-12 tri pushdowns

Tuesday- Back and bis. imma let my bis grow mostly from compounds. 4x12 for everything unless otherwise stated
Pull ups
cable rows
chin ups
Deadlifts (4x6-8)
DB rows/ BORs (depending on which gym i'm at)
