couple of questions /fit/;
ive been reading about zyzz's routine and i realised that most splits posted here only work most muscle groups once a week!

-i made i my 4 day split so that i could work on every muscle group a minimum of 2 times a week (up to 4 a week, 2 directly and 2 indirectly, say chest; dp press,incline flyes and dips, bench press).
question is; should i alter my routine so as not to overtrain?

-ive only been taking hydrolized whey protein and l-glutamine, should i get any other supps_?
