It seems that I would be at 10% bf at 155 lbs, however, I don't feel like 13 lbs, would make me look, alot skinnier?
What can I expect to look like? I don't feel like I'll be auchwitz mode, and If I will be, I'll probably keep some more weight so I avoid it. I do however have a pretty big frame.
This is the first time I've ever weighed under 180lbs, since I weighed over 180, so I guess I just feel like the lump on my belly and lower back fat, won't go away.
I know I don't have much muscle mass, I just started lifting 2 free weights 2 months ago. (did machines before that, and was in a highschool weightlifting circuit class, that sucked.)
Also planning to stay around 12%, I don't really want to do bulks, but I do want to gain muscle mass, I under stand that It will take longer however.
