ok. ok. ok. heres my advice. Don't jump right into working out. It's hard, and the results are pretty slow if you're not used to it. I recommend slowly changing your lifestyle and diet, every week. So lets say first week: try walking a bit once a day. maybe for even five minutes, but try to walk places instead of driving. Then do you you drink soda every day? get fast food every day? eat shit every day? how about not drinking soda every day, but every other day. go to McDonalds on the weekends. eat a carrot once in a while. Slowly you will improve, you'll lose a bit of weight, and each week, think of something you can do to change your lifestyle. once you realize what self-discipline is, you can go onto the hard stuff like lifting and keto diets. But im telling you, if youre new to excersizing (lol you are), you'll probably give up if you give it youre 100% right from the start. Shits hard. But whatever you do, good luck, and remember, just do it.
