I've been getting pretty pissed off with putting on muscle. Surprisingly, its been pretty easy so far. No "miracle gains" to challenge many seen here, but Im still pleased. But here's the problem: my legs gain easily, my chest gains easily, my shoulders gain easily, my back gains easily.
BUT, my arms do not.
I have 14.5" inch arms. 50" shoulders. I look like turd.
Here's what I do:
Monday: Legs (and biceps)
Tuesday: Chest (and triceps)
Thursday: Back (and biceps)
Friday: SHoulders (and triceps)
I do dumbell curls and concentration curls along with preacher curls for dumbells.
I do skullcrushers, dips, tricep pushdowns and close-grip bench press for triceps.
