Is there any way to lose the fat on my cheeks/face? When I smile, my cheeks get especially poofy. I have a relatively thin-normal body but my face is just really fat and big. I'm 17, is that old enough to assume that it's not baby fat?

If you read the fucking sticky, you'd know spot reduction of any kind is a myth. You say 'thin-normal,' I'll assume you've still got some chub on you. Work that shit off, and the face will follow - face-fat is usually the first to come on, the last to come off.

It's either genetic or you're fat and don't realise it. If the former, fat loss might help but surgery is probably the only option, if the latter, just lose weight fatty

congratulations you now have a thin face and a body in even better shape than before.

if you just lose fat you will look like a freak because i'm 99% sure you don't have any muscle on you and that fat is just filling up your body to make you look like a person.
