recently i've noticed when sitting/standing/laying if i flex my tailbone/ass cheeks like 3 or more vertibrae (the lower last 3, tailbone included im guessing) crack one by one really fast, like if i was cracking my knuckles or something. there is no pain whatsoever, feels pretty great actually.

has anyone encountered this and is it normal?
