Due to injury i suffered from having bad form and having weight that my stabalizer muscles couldn't handle i can't do back squats with out hurting myself even more so i was wondering if i could subsitute Front squats for back squats in SS right now i was up to 255lbs and was reaching my goal of 300lbs if i do do front squats how long do you think i'd take me to reach that.
