I get a really sharp pain in the area marked on the picture when I do ATG zercher squats. It's like a really intense muscle burn but it's in a small area like a pin prick. After my warm up and my first set it goes away but I'm just curious if it could be caused by a flaw in my form. When I put my hand on the area I can feel my pulse so the pain is right on a vein. Is this something I should be worried about?
