Chin-ups. My gym doesn't have a single straight bar for chin ups, I usually just put the smith machine bar at the top, and do my chin ups on that.
However, our squat rack, has 3-4 grip positions at the top, however none are just, straight. Should I use those instead? or Continue using the smith machine.
