so im going to be bulking hard this summer as my friend, who is losing weight, and i have a bet as to who will get to 185 first
i just have two question
one: whats a good mass gainer powder?
two: would going on a diet of mostly dollar menu items from mcdonalds/ prepacked, not considered healthy food, be a good idea if im trying to gain weight very quickly? (i plan on getting to 200 and cutting down to 185)
idgaf about putting on massive amounts of fat because im not a pussy and want mad gains
