I pulled my groin about months back while squatting because i didn't stretch and warm up properly, i still cant squat with weight or it hurts so i do bw squats and even those hurt. the only problem is my upper body is starting to get too big for my legs, what can i do besides squatz or deadz to get dem manly quads and hamstrings?
