hey /fit/, Im kind of drifting over from /fa/ here. skinnyfat obviously.

Ive been doing CC for a couple days, can't really afford a gym but i pick up some heavy things when i do the squatz to make them a bit more effective.

the reason I want to do this is for strength and fitness but also want to be able to fill out a "small" T-shirt
read: american fatass T-shirt.
will convict conditioning give me enough bulk to do this or should I suck it up and go to a gym even if I dont wanna get bigger than a size S?
