I started SS (about 2 months ago) and now get that feeling on rest days both before and after my cardio (an hour per day) when I just want to do more lifting. But everyone says you should rest 48hours between sets. Can I do BW exercises on the rest days that aren't focussing on the same sets of muscles as the SS regime?

TL:DR- It feels like I'm wasting time on rest days when I should be lifting...
