I am a rugby player of the age of 16, boxer and swimmer, I'm 14 stone 18% bf and 6ft can bench 90kg curl 22kg. I'm not trying to say I'm a machine but I'm strong for my age. I'm not really a "jock" and don't brag about my strength so when i go out people call me fat to piss me off. what do!?

That being said, if you want to or your sports require you to, you could lose a little bit of fat, in order to get your bf% to 13-15%.

People project their own insecurities onto others, so when they call you out, that means they're just intimidated by you. They know you are probably a good guy and won't hurt them, and that's not the right thing to do. But try and stand up for yourself one time when it next happens and see their reaction. Just say something like : "You know I could beat your ass down without breaking a sweat. Just shut the fuck up before you really start to get on my nerves. I don't want any trouble, and I'm certain you don't want it either."

No problem, just remember, you don't have to get into a fight, and you shouldn't. Being the bigger guy, in the aftermath, it will be easier for your opponent to blame it all on you, and people will have trouble believing you. Usually it's smaller dudes that get bullied, not the other way around. Just let them know, one on one would be best, that you will not take shit from them.
