Did some SL for some time now and thought about building a new routine which will concentrate more on explosive movements and strenght but also some hypertrophy

going to do this on a bulk and might aswell throw some epistane into it (not sure bout the epistane yet)

3x6 Back Squat
3x6 Push Press
2x5 Deadlift (conventional) - hook grip
3x8 weighted Chins / weighted Pull-ups - alternating each workout
3x3 DB Snatches (each hand, so 18 snatches overall)
3x45s weighted Planks
