HOW DO I LOSE THESE LAST 30 POUNDS?!?!
Heres a little backstory...
I use to weight 315 pounds. Gross I know. Last year I decided to lose weight, because it was yucky. So I was able to, easily I might add, lost over 100 pounds. I am currently 210. The problem is I have been 210 pounds despite me trying to reach my net goal 170.
I am 5'10 so I think that would be more or less ideal weight target.... well until I start weight lifting. Any advice guys?
