Hey guys, I used to be skinny and I've recently started taking bulking seriously (I will cut later) but even though I have gained a good base I am still having trouble eating well as I don't have much time and my appetite is still a bit shitty.
I'm currently eating 2 bags of Dorito's (about 2500 cals) and 500cals of protein shakes roughly. Is this going to be okay to bulk on?
I know it isn't ideal but I'm getting plenty of protein and carbs throughout the day and calories. I also will have 2-3 can of soda (usually Dr.Pepper) a day.
