Quick question, i lift heavy and around the 3x5 or 5x5 range and after a workout i feel like im going to be sore the next day but all that ever happens is maybe il be a bit stiff the next morning. Whats wrong? Im giving it my all but im not being rewarded with that sore feelings in my muscles anymore, anyone know why?
