How badly is your form supposed to degrade on your working sets?
I did 165lb squats today and felt my form slipping towards then end of my 2nd set. By the end of my 3rd set I was actively working to not do good morning and not entirely succeeding (I felt myself bow a bit forward).
Is this normal or am I trying to push for higher weights too quickly?
