wat do? my bros and cousins are ripped and I never leave the house out of fear of what people think, pic related its genuinely the size of my ass - it's really firm and shaped, its not fat as its not wobbly or anything.

it's so embarrassing, any tips on how to hide/reduce the size of these areas? its making my life a misery - fucking genetics.
