So I'm looking for a protein supplement/calorie filler. I need something to make sure I'm getting enough of both in a day. Ultimate mass has been recommended, but I'm not sure about it because it has creatine (5g per serving).

Is this is a big deal? Before I was using gold standard and only taking it after workouts. Should I be taking this everyday regardless of whether I work out or no?
