Diet: Gallon of whole milk, dozen large boiled eggs, pork chop + big assorted veggie salad, 2 cups oatmeal. This ends up a little over 4000 calories with lots of protein.

M Quads
T Chest
W Back width
T Shoulders
F Back depth
S Hamstrings
S Rest
Arms/calves/abs are spreadout among those days. I also run for half an hour in the mornings, yoga 3x a week and foam roll daily.
