/fit/, question here. I'm looking to put on weight. I have been for a long time and I'm still trying.
I'm eating loads and it's all high protein stuff, but my question is does it matter that I'm not actually counting? I'm seriously eating about twenty eggs a day, loads of steak and basically anything high protein I can get my hands on. I keep thinking I'm doing pretty well and then I hear all these fitness buffs talking about how much they eat and having plans and stuff. I just eat what I can.
For what I'm trying to do I really don't need to worry about all this, right?
