So I just went for a run and for some reason I couldn't get out of my head. There was just something broken or wrong. I was planning on running a short 3k run to relax a bit but as I started picturing my route I just cut it short to ~1k

when I got back to my house I decided to run my block (600m) to sort of atone and also to beat a time. At the half way point I checked my stopwatch and was 8s above target but then I just stopped running and walked the rest of the way. Like I said, just broken...

Does /fit/ have any tips on how to stop this or insight as to what caused it. It wasn't physical I just stopped. I've been stressing about exams which might be it?

Anyway, inb4 "man up". I can't just do that, I need a little more.

Any help is greatly apreciated ^_^
