What do you do coming off being sick?

Just curious... I have a horribly fast metabolism and I end up having weight just peel off of me whenever I get a stomach virus or even have a fever for a few days. Been sick for the last two with both of those and I'm just wondering if there are any tricks to kickstart your diet and gains back right after.
