Sup /fit/,
so I've been trying to incorporate squats into my workout but I've stumbled upon a problem.
After one or two sets of them I seem to always manage to somehow strain a muscle in the area in the pic. This means that I have to discontinue the squats for almost a week until it can recover. What am I doing wrong?
This happened today and I'm thinking maybe it's because I'm squatting too low.
Can squatting below parallel cause this?
It's not like I'm trying to squat below 90 degrees but it's just that it happens sometimes when my feet are too wide apart.
Anyone else experience this?
