Hey /fit/. What do you eat when you go out to restaurants and you're trying to cut? I've dropped from 205 pounds down to 170 pounds, probably around 14% bf right now, and I've gotten to the point where I'm having a lot of trouble losing weight so it seems like if I even mess up once or twice I week I won't lose weight that week. What can I eat that won't mess up my weight loss?
