>>7217347The stuff I've been working with lately is experimenting with cauliflower rice, making "dough" out of it for pizza, garlic bread, etc. The good one I've got out of it so far is:
Put some cauliflower in a food processor, chop it up to where it's rice consistency. make sure you have a cup of it, cover it, put it in the microwave for 1.5-2 minutes.
Then, you mix that with a cup of shredded cheese (lowfat mozzerella is what i used), some minced garlic (or garlic powder if you're lazy) and 1 egg white, mix it up, and put it down on a pan and spread it out so it's about a quarter inch thick. Bake it on 350 for about 12-16 minutes or until it's to your liking in terms of browning/golden color.
cut it up into strips, and it's like a thin crust garlic bread. really good for a snack, I think its awesome.
you can also use this basic guideline to make something similar to the Keto Pizza, just use it as pizza crust, put sliced tomatoes, garlic, mozzarella cheese, makes a type of thin white pizza.
