Dear fit.
I'm a girl and I want to be taller.
I'm 20, so I won't grow any more.
But I heard that there is exercises that help to stretch you/give you better posture etc.
So you look taller or even become a little taller.
Help me!

There are no exercises that make you become taller, not even a little bit. Now, about posture. I've learned that doing a balanced routine helps. No single magic exercise, you have to work out everything, so start reading an exercise plan.

There is also horribly painful leg extension surgery that will leave you in traction for a year. Posture can help you appear taller, that's about it besides the shoes you wear. Honestly, do yourself a huge favor and go buy yourself a copy of Starting Strength (SS), do the exercises and programming in there, as well as learn about all the things you need to know about weightlifting, and try it out for AT LEAST 4 months, if you're not satisfied or you think you're getting to bulky (which would only possibly occur if you're eating too much or taking roids) then stop or slow down the program. The exercise you learn in there, along with that yoga you were taking, should improve your posture tenfold.

Girls are usually shorter than guys because they have higher estrogen levels, which calcify growth plates, probably the same reason why some roiders stop growing.

Some men use anti-estrogens to lower the estrogen in their bodies to increase growth, i doubt that is a viable option for you though

It's not really that stupid. Even the most enormous neckbeards got better posture in my company.

Apart from running, all "official" work-outs came in the form of push-ups, plank, ridiculous amounts of military press, as well as a slightly smaller amount of sit-ups and pull-ups.

Something in there helped the posture of all these men. Although, come to think of it, the hours and hours of drill training probably contributed a lot.

There is a chance, yes. Anyway like said in energy post so far, I would not bother with hormonal levels and dealing with if the plates are closed or not. The link I posted is another way to increase height, posted by some anon who increased his height 1-2 inches in his late 20's

We know that the human body stops growing after a certain age. For most girls it's way before becoming 20 years old. So, most likely, op has stopped growing. If op has stopped growing that means that no substance ever can make her taller. Therefore the product that you mentioned is useless.

Now, in order for someone to have to prove something doesn't exist, that something has to have its existence proven.

Let's be honest here, that shit probably doesn't work. Actually I think it doesn't work at all, for anybody. Height is genetically predetermined and op is too old to fuck around with hormones now.

So the only viable method would be to improve her posture. That's it. End of discussion.

Again let me point out to you, I don't think it actually works, I just acknowledge the fact that it might work in a way that no one knows about yet, similar to the way that taking paracetamol and vodka while working out might increase testosterone ten fold.

oh but #of muscle fibers in a person is pre-determined. Muscle fiber hypertrophy is obviously possible, but muscle fiber hyperplasia in humans so far has not been proven possible.

I was actually going to follow that sentence up by saying that muscle fibers can actually "swtich" states going from type 2 to type 1, but this process is pretty slow and unnoticeable and can be unpredictable by the naked eye, much like if your growth plates are closed
