been cutting for 4 weeks now. first 3 weeks i was doing it wrong and only taking in around 1500 calories or lower. I recently went to scooby's site and figured that i need 2195 calories to be at a 500 calorie deficit. well ive done this for a week and im not really losing weight.i am lifting heavier than i was the 3 weeks before,

so my questions am i gaining muscle to compensate for the weight loss? my understanding is you cant gain while at a deficit. help me /fit/.
