So, I have chubby cheeks but I am not overweight at all. I was unfortunately born this way. Now, I have been looking online on how to get rid of face fat but I was wondering if /fit/ knew of any that actually worked.

It took me less than five seconds to google this subject, the American Dietetic Association recommends that men have 15-18% body fat and women have 20-25% body fat. Healthy male athletes might be as low as 5-12% body fat, and healthy female athletes could be as low as 10-20%.

Your assetion that 5% bodyfat would ever be recommended for women either shows ignorance on your part or mental illness.

Getting down to 12% BF for a woman is rather difficult, much lower then that and you enter amennorhea.
5% sounds impossible outside of clinical/professional settings. Honestly, anything under 15% for a women is freaking great and less than 10% is anorexic skinny mode aka not-my-type.
