Yo /fit/izens. Skinny ass 17 year old reporting in. Only 5'5 and have no muscle. Weight 55kg (110lbs) or around that. Free weights is what I'ma be doing, following Sean10mm's "stripped 5x5". How many grams of protein and carbs should I be eating daily and what should my calorie intake be?
Pretty flabby stomach and lacking muscle all over. Guess all I want is some decent looking muscles and a slim body. Recipes be good also. Should I cut bread out entirely?
