Alright /fit/, I've been doing dutch kickboxing for about a year and a half, and just 2 weeks ago I've started to do Brazilian jiu jitsu. I have not worked out in the time I've been kickboxing, but I'm looking to beging to fight competitively sometime near Christmas. I was wondering what sort of workouts I should do for fighting. I do not really care about getting really big, but more-so for cardio and strength.

Stats currently: 6'2 , 209 lbs.
I am in university right now, but I will be in my fourth year, and will be able to work out for several hours need be. Thanks.
