Alright fit this would be my first post on here, but I am in need of help for I am raging right now.
So it's almost summer and I am in need of 8pack picture related and I can't get past the point of defined ab area but no really defined packs. What do i do?

Ps. I don't lift only BW and no supplements.

Jumping jacks? Of course, but how many are we talking here because i easily do like 100-150 just in between sets of pushups and stuff.
