/fit/ I'm trying to get into shape for the summer and for basically the rest of my life. I'm not obese but i'm not exactly "in shape". I'm built well and i started going to the gym in the beginning of march and i was doing fine, but the gym i go to only allows me to use their equipment on Mondays-Wednesday-Fridays. It sucks but on those days I usually intensify my workouts to some extent.

However just being able to use the equipment on those days doesn't help me out too much. I feel like I could be doing more. Is there a way to get more into shape by the end of june /fit/? Like doing some exercises at home (maybe ab crunches and biceps at home on the off days and do the rest of my body at the gym days)? Maybe even a diet?

Please help me out /fit/. Anybody could help me.
