Good progress, but I'm not so sure about that routine. It's a little complicated, and you could probably get the same results with less reps and more weight as far as the crunches, sit-ups, etc.

Yeah, for some reason i'm cursed with fat fucking nipples. (quite perky too). Hopefully when i start to cut they will shrink.

If I were you I would split that back shoulder day into two days and add the arms to those days. Do your biceps on back day and tris on shoulder day. Also do pull ups or chin ups on your back day, thats the most important back exercise.
