What's up /fit/? Bit of a chubbyfag here, and I need you guys (yes you guys) to help me. I usually stay at about 160 pounds which is good 'cuz I'm 6"1, then during fall and spring I gain a couple of pounds, like 5-10. Recently, I have let myself go, to about 185 pounds. Give me something I can do over the summer to lose about 20 pounds could ya?
