Almost done with this semester of school. Been a fat lazy fuck for probably 99.5% of my entire life.

I wanna drop weight and get cut up. Since last month I've changed up my diet tremendously, oats in the morning, tuna for lunch, lean chicken for din din.

Since I'll actually have the time to workout, what're some good ways to drop weight?

Should I drop the excess fat before trying to gain muscle through lifting?
