Newfag here, I've been lurking for just a little while, and I've read the sticky. What I get from it is that nobody on /fit/ likes machines. Problem is the only place I can work out (my work) only has machines, they have lots of them, and really nice cardio equipment so even though they're inferior does anyone know where to find decent machine routines, google has honestly been useless.

Machines are still better than nothing

You can actually make a degree of good progress with shit like pushups and pullups too

I'm definitely trying, I went from drinking nothing but soda to a gallon of water a day. Sometimes I drink Perrier Lime for a little flavor. I eat almonds, string cheese, black olives and what not for snacks, replaced my McDonalds lunches with whole wheat sandwiches with ham, salami, pepperoni, and a thin slice of provolone, chicken breast with dinner and I try eating raw veggies with every meal. I wish I could get to a real gym and use free weights but unfortunately it's not an option right now.

but to get anywhere near a proper routine with them, you're going to have to do 30 or so exercises, and you'll still have incomplete development

if you work at the kind of place that has workout equipment, you should be able to afford a gym membership

Find a routine that uses free weights.
Find the exercises on the above website.
Find the muscle groups each workout uses.
Then find the machine version of the exercise.
You won't be able to hit the stabilizer groups but you only have access to machines so tough.
Your machines should also have instructions on what exercise is done on them and highlights on what muscles they exercise.
