how the fuck do you people take photos of your backs? I try to hold the phone up and randomly aim at my back, but holding it still even is awkward as fuck in that position.

Get someone else to take the photo? Use a tripod and timer?

Also back thread i suppose, since we don't see many back shots. My front shots are too embarassing atm to show off due to being fat. Starting cut tomorrow, and just took a bunch for the progress collage (which yes, i'll post on fit once the cut is done).
