hey /fit/, just did my first day of SS and here are my work sets. i am 6'2 170 btw

Squats 3x5 160 lb
Bench 3x5 115 lb
Deadlift 1x5 235 lb

now i should progress 5 lb for each lift per workout, right? tomorrow i will get my stats for my other lifts.

now i should have protein before and after, right? what meals do you all recommend for pre/post workouts?
