hey /fit/. im 18 years old. my hair has been falling out in the last couple of years, but lately a lot more.
lets establish some probable causes(some may be broscience). feel free to add more

sucks but nothing we can do

higher test. levels, but im not gonna stop working out

im pretty sure its caused hairloss; gonna stop taking it. (will it hurt gains? or just size?)
>nutrition
need more imput. i think its iron and zinc?...im pretty sure ive always had iron deficiency
>fapping
ive read it can cause hair loss....ive been doing it for 5 years at least once a day. its no fap may so we'll see if it works
