I'm trying to lose weight fast, and today I had a 3 scrambled eggs (no cheese) with some turkey tossed in, and cottage cheese. I already had 1 protein shake for breakfast (the gold whey ON shit, good stuff) and now it's about 930 I was considering having another, as opposed to a midnight snack like a banana or something. Plus, I dig chocolate, and the shake is actually pretty good with water.
Will it hurt/hinder me? Naked girls always related.
