I normally ad one scoop (from my whey container) of gyno to all my protein shakes. But i don't add it to my casein. i've been getting good results so far without any signs of gyno.

This seems like a good place to ask a brief question.

I've got some pretty serious potassium deficiency that I didn't start to notice until this year. Whenever I'm playing rugby, after a 1/2 mile run and warm up which shouldn't be enough to make me feel like shit, my legs cramp up like crazy.

Is there anything I can take with a little bit of potassium to help me fufill my dietary requirements? I've been drinking tomato juice and pedialyte up the ass, but also avoiding orange juice since it has a lot of sugar.

P.S, I'm deathly allergic to bananas and my father who I asked for advice (he's a doctor) said I shouldn't take a potassium supplement because they can cause an irregular heart beat.

What do I do? ):

I would get my blood levels checked. Should be fairly easy if your father is a doc. Otherwise, log what you eat for a couple weeks into cron-o-meter or fitday.
If you really do have a deficiency, get a K supp or a multi.

I had my blood levels checked about two months ago and my hemoglobin was also a bit on the low side then, but still high enough that Red Cross had let me donate blood. Is low hemoglobin linked with cramping up easily too? Either way, you're right- another doc appointment wouldn't be a bad idea.

This is a pretty stupid question but please bear with me.

So, say someone needs around 2200 calories a day to maintain his weight, and 1800 a day to lose weight.

What would happen to this person if they didn't get their allotted requirements of caloric intake but still felt "full" after every meal?

Lots of people have said that Concentrate is better due to less processing and more nutrients.
