220lbs by August (down from ~300 last Fall). I'm seeing some old friends and I want to surprise them.
Then I'm going to bulk up to 230 and then cut back down to 200, which i will maintain.
My goal requires me to drop 10lbs a month eating about 2500-3000 calories a day at my current level of activity -BW exercises 3-4x a week (push-ups, pull-ups, and just added dumbells) and 2-3 days of cardio (sprints).
Over the last month I have been meeting my goals and making great gains (50 consecutive push-ups last night, felt incredible)
My body is looking really good in comparison to where I was just a few months ago.
