why do you want 3 tricep exercises?
just do close-grip benchpress and dips, then maybe a pushdown. if you can still do more exercises after 3 sets of each of those, you arent working hard enough.

You don't need to isolate your triceps in the first place and you certainly don't need three. If you really want to, just do one after bench and OHP.

military press and bench will hit your triceps enough. if you still want something extra do dips, cg bench and rope pushdowns. rope pushdowns are the only tricep isolation exercise worth doing.

Get your self either a belt or some mother fucking chain, like im talking nautical strength, the shit that holds an anchor to a boat, tuck elbows in close to lats. If it's not hurting your not doing enough weight

plus when you rock up with a fucking chain people get out of your way
