Okay /fit/, I know you guys are pretty set in your ways as far as what bodies are good and which aren't. Anyway my goal physique is that of the skinny male runway models. I'm basically the exact same size as them (6'1 / 29 or 30 in waist / 35 in chest / size 11-12 shoes) and think I could pull of the look quite well.
My problem is that I have too high of a bodyfat, even though I weigh somewhere around 140-150 lbs. My guess is 12-14% BF, where I'm obviously looking for ~8% or so.
So obviously doing cardio will fit into achieving my goals, but the advice I come to /fit/ for is how weight training may fit into these goals? Would it at all? Or would proper diet + cardio be all I really need given that they don't maintain much muscle mass at all. Should I look into some bodyweight stuff, then? You're the experts /fit/.
Also, don't turn this into a thread bashing me for my goals. They're different than yours. Deal with it. Pic related, it's Cole Mohr.
